Abstract: What is the next generation of learning technology: the cellphone, your watch, virtual reality, or all of the above. The research question being asked is: How can Virtual Reality (VR) assist students in learning? This research proves that virtual reality technology does enhance 3D spatial visualization skills of students. Due to the nature of their learning styles, many students need to interact with 3D scenes to enhance their spatial visualization skills, to see and understand the 3D model. This research proves that virtual reality technology will assist in giving both online and face-to-face architectural students a better education and help them to improve their spatial visualization skills.

Abstract: With the opening of the two-child policy, baby boom is growing all over the country with a strong momentum. Excellent maternal and infant facilities play a more and more significant role in commercial buildings. At the same time, although the current urban construction has made great progress, the construction of maternal and infant facilities is still lagging behind and lacks relevant design theory and research. There are many problems to be solved, which results in the inefficient use of the maternal and infant rooms in some commercial buildings. Most of the rooms even perform no fuction. Through field visits, mapping and questionnaire surveys, this paper takes the maternal and infant room in the commercial buildings in Nanning as the research object, delves the key point of the optimum design, analyzes the quantity, location, area, marking, functional facilities and interest of the maternal and infant room, discusses the demand of the user to the maternal and infant room, and obtains a feasible optimum design of the maternal and infant room in the commercial buildings. Though this research only takes Nanning City as an example, it is applicable enough for the design and analysis of maternal and infant room and can be more widely used in the whole country, making commercial buildings a place full of humanistic care.

Abstract: With the list of traditional villages are constantly updated, more and more traditional village has attracted attention from society. But there are still a huge numbers of the Atypical Ancient Villages, which not on the "Traditional Village List", have not been well protected as they should be. It results in more and more depopulation and empty houses due to there are lack of enough protection and sufficient funds. Under those circumstances, the hollowization of these villages is becoming an increasingly serious problem. In fact, the empty village houses (including abandoned dwellings and empty architectural heritages) do not only waste land resources but also bring on many other problems such as safety hazard. Therefore, this article aims to takes HuanghuaPing Village as an example, to analyze the hollowing of Atypical Ancient Villages, and compares them with "empty house" problems in Japan. By learning from the research on Shodo-shima Horiuke area in Japan, we adopted the phases of proposal in HuanghuaPing Village design workshop, in order to explore a different activated solution for Atypical Ancient Villages. With the intervention of the new residents or visitors, and the structure network formed by the Aboriginal and the empty house as the main body, different activities will be implanted from the four stages of "spot problem" - "suggestion" - "implementation" - "feedback" to form a virtuous cycle to activate the village's vitality, and to regenerate the Atypical Ancient Villages.
