Abstract: At present, the tourists' demand for the humanization of tourism facilities is increasing day by day. The planning design and construction of China's resorts has not yet formed a complete set of humanized planning and design system. This paper summarized the resort of humanized design basic content and standard through the basic discussion. Take Guian hot spring resort as an example, it is an important role of the humanized design in resort in the new period. This paper expounded the basic principles and contents of humanization in environment, catering facilities, tourism transportation and other supporting facilities and services from four aspects. And this paper also summarized the current situation of humanized design of Guian hot spring resort, one of the largest hot spring tourism resorts in China.

Climate Change Mitigation Technologies and Policies in Building Sector

Abstract: Observational evidence from different aspects, such as temperature, sea level, etc., has brought climate change to the attention. The impacts caused by it will vary regionally but will increase over time as global temperatures increase. Many adaptation and mitigation options can help address climate change. While buildings hold important key to effectively addressing climate change by applying mitigation technologies and policies because buildings accounts for large part of global final energy use and greenhouse gas emissions. This paper focuses on climate change mitigation in building sector so as to find out proper methods to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and enhance resilience to climate change. It summarizes the mitigation technologies in building sector, its opportunities and challenges, and sectoral polices. Then it analyzes the roles of stakeholders in building sector. Finally, the mitigation in Norway, which is with high vulnerabilities, is stated as a case study to present a country’s responses to climate change in building sector. It has been proved that applying appropriate mitigation technologies and policies, and integrating different stakeholders together properly with recognizing their roles can effectively make a great effort to global climate change mitigation. Only when climate change is regard as important and mitigation technologies and policies are applied properly especially in building sector, can we achieve the sustainable development.

Abstract: Under the background of the concept of sustainable development, the design of architectural skins has also shown an unprecedented development status. This paper analyzes the problems hidden in the current situation of architectural skin design, and points out that the design of today's architectural skin should aim at sustainable development. Based on the openness and developmental variability of the regional environment, the design orientation of the architectural skin design integrated into the overall design of the building and the environment is proposed. Several examples of architectural skin design were selected, and the design methods and techniques used to conform to the local physical environment and regional culture were summarized. Based on the example analysis, the article aims to explore a design path in order to solve how to realize the organic combination of the form, technology and meaning of the architectural skin through the construction of the skin design. The design path of this architectural skin is of positive significance for achieving sustainable development of the physical and human environment through the architectural design.
